Additionally, UptimeRobot provides a 10-day money-back guarantee for customer satisfaction, ensuring refunds for new subscriptions or upgrades made within this time frame.

The only exception to this policy is if you request a cancellation within 10 days of payment. If you have made a payment within the last 10 days, only this payment is eligible for a refund.
