UptimeRobot Refund Policy – How Refunds Work

We understand that your needs may change, and if you wish to terminate your upgraded subscription, you may do so at any time. As such, you are not required to pay any further fees for subsequent subscription renewal periods. However, please note that we do not offer refunds for subscription fees that have been paid in advance.

The only exception to this policy is if you request a cancellation within 10 days of payment. If you have made a payment within the last 10 days, only this payment is eligible for a refund.
