How to Buy Extra SMS or Voice Call Alerts in UptimeRobot

Learn how to buy extra SMS or voice call credits in UptimeRobot to receive instant downtime notifications on your phone.

Every user has the option to purchase additional SMS and voice call credits. While our paid plans already include a one-time bundle of credits, users can buy more credits at any time as needed.

This option is also available for our FREE plan users. You can purchase extra SMS and voice call credits whenever you require more, ensuring that you never miss an important alert due to running out of credits.

To purchase credits, log in to your account and navigate to the billing section, where you can find the options to buy credits.

When you click on this option, you'll be taken to the checkout page. On this page, you can select the credit package that suits your needs.

(If this is your first payment and your details haven't been pre-filled, you'll need to complete the billing details and enter your card information.)

During the package selection, you'll also see an 'auto-refill' option. This feature automatically purchases 100 credits when your balance reaches 25. You can choose to enable or disable this option as you prefer. This setting can also be found in your dashboard and can be adjusted at any time.

After confirming and completing your transaction, the credits will be readily added to your account.
