To cancel a subscription paid via credit card, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your account.
2. Go to the ellipsis menu (three dots).
3. Navigate to Billing, Plan & Subscription.
4. Select Cancel Auto-Renewal.
By completing these steps, you disable the auto-renewal feature for your subscription. This means your current subscription will remain active until its expiration date, but will not automatically renew after that. The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
If you wish to cancel within 14 days of payment, please contact our support team for assistance with the cancellation process and to arrange a refund.
What happens after cancellation
When your subscription reaches its expiration date, your account moves to the Free plan (50 monitors, 5-minute minimum check interval). Two things to know before that happens:
If you have more than 50 monitors, all of them are paused — not just the ones over the limit — until you delete down to 50 or resubscribe.
SSL error checking and SSL/domain expiry reminders are turned off on your monitors, and resubscribing does not turn them back on automatically — you will need to re-enable them yourself, monitor by monitor.
