You can easily download your invoices directly from your dashboard. Here are the necessary steps:
1. Log in to your UptimeRobot account.
2. Navigate to your account settings, which you can find in the dashboard.
3. Navigate to the Invoices section
4. Here you'll find a list of all your invoices. You can download any invoice by clicking on the 'Download' button next to it.
Note: If your subscription was purchased through an app store (e.g., iOS App Store or Google Play Store), invoices are managed by the respective app store and not available on the UptimeRobot dashboard.
Accessing Invoices for In-App Purchases
iOS App Store
Open the App Store on your iOS device.
Tap on your profile picture in the top-right corner to access your Apple ID.
Select Purchase History.
Locate your UptimeRobot subscription in the list of purchases.
Download the invoice directly from the purchase details.
Google Play Store
Open the Google Play Store on your Android device.
Tap on your profile icon in the top-right corner.
Go to Payments & Subscriptions > Budget & History.
Find your UptimeRobot subscription in the transaction history.
Download the invoice from the transaction details.
