There could be several reasons why your monitor is not working correctly. Here are some steps to help you troubleshoot the issue:

1. Check Monitor Details:

You can find specifics like timestamps, reasons, and durations in your Dashboard under each monitor. This information can help pinpoint the issue.

2. Monitor Showing “Preparing”:

If your monitor appears grey and shows “preparing” even an hour after creation, please contact our support team for assistance. Note that the first check timing depends on the interval you have set.

3. No Notifications Received:

If the monitor is down and you haven’t received any notifications, ensure that your alert contact is active and correctly attached to the monitor.

4. Pause and Restart:

If the monitor doesn't start right away, try pausing and then starting it again. This can sometimes resolve the issue.
